Chuck Wells
 Chuck founded the agency back
in 1974 as he was working for a large insurance company and knew
his clients needed assistance in obtaining various coverages,
which were not available with just one company.
As the past-president of the
Professional Insurance Agents Association of New York State,
newspaper and magazine columnist, and radio/TV personality,
Chuck is a noted authority in the field of insurance and has
helped thousands of clients protect their assets at reasonable
rates. He is a New York licensed insurance agent and broker.

Kandi Alt
 Kandi, our commercial insurance
manager, handles the insurance needs of our commercial clients
who own small businesses here in our area offering them
competitive rates and personal, local service. Kandi has been
with the agency since 1990 and also services the needs of some
of our personal clients. A New York State licensed agent and
broker, Kandi has many years of expertise in the insurance field
handling complicated insurance programs.

Janine Kipp
 is our receptionist and is also in charge of completing
complicated insurance applications. Janine saves our clients
time and headaches by having paperwork and insurance cards ready
for them so the insurance process is smooth and less stressful.
Janine also helps our clients by contacting our insurance
companies when a client has a problem with billing. Janine is an
excellent problem-solver for our clients so they spend less time
worrying about their insurance!
